Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently in refrigerated environments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Monitor temperature controls in storage units to ensure product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring order accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL preferred but not always required).
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures can drop below freezing).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
