Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished according to demand.
- Adhere to strict temperature control regulations and safety protocols to preserve product integrity.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, orders, and storage locations.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of workstations, aisles, and storage areas to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperatures typically ranging from 35°F to 40°F).
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels, barcodes, and inventory logs accurately.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
