Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and stage incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Build, pack, and prepare packages for shipment using proper safety protocols and packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Utilize handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, rain) if working in outdoor zones.
