Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Package and label items for shipment with precision and speed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and using WMS software.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
