Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Process returns and inventory adjustments with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
