Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality and quantity standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, locate stock within the warehouse, and ensure accurate stock counts are maintained.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage before packaging and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctual attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely to minimize errors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
