Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and conveyors.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills for scanning and logging.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
