Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy.
- Load and unload freight using powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Scan barcodes and ensure inventory records are accurate.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and peers to meet daily performance goals.
- Keep the work area organized and clean at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes temperature-controlled environment.
- Willingness to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic reading and math skills required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
