Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently to ensure 5-star service.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Sort, organize, and inspect incoming inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for up to 10 hours.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
