Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for accuracy using handheld scanners and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload shipments accurately to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and order processing.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to maintain high productivity levels.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
