Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy and high customer satisfaction standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory in real-time.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and Amazon safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Perform light data entry and reporting tasks to ensure inventory records are up to date.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and loading docks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
