Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship: Accurately package, label, and prepare orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to move goods safely and efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing and report any discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Focus: Ability to follow safety protocols and work with minimal supervision.
