Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products in a temperature-controlled environment (32°F and below) using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock organization.
- Monitor and document temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping and organizing workspaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long shifts.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
