Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for distribution using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and count incoming stock to ensure accuracy against delivery documents.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate inventory management software and scanning equipment efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and counting inventory.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen (background check is not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
