Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification required).
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Cycle Counting: Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs for inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
