Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity in storage zones
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Operate automated conveyor systems and cold storage equipment
- Document temperature logs and quality control records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Attention to detail in quality control procedures
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
