Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify item counts and details.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the team lead to achieve daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely using provided forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
