Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages, defects, or errors.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and barcode readers to track inventory movement.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to load trucks and ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
