Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet packaging standards.
- Label packages correctly and organize them for timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding handling and lifting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
