Responsibilities
- Unload and refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and rotate inventory in climate-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team on inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- No prior cold storage experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
