Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Inspect, sort, and rotate inventory to ensure FIFO compliance and product quality
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Complete daily inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
