Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and document stock movements in digital systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Perform routine sanitation and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
