In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts to maintain accurate records.
- Optimize warehouse workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Supervise the proper handling and maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Forklift certification (we offer paid training for certified candidates).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
