Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, pick, pack, and ship products to meet daily targets.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load & Unload: Perform physical labor to load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, such as packing slips and logs, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in varying temperatures.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality.
