Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack pallets and goods in designated refrigerated storage areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and temperature compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations regarding cold exposure.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 35°F).
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable wearing company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and cold-weather gear.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock verification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
