Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the cold storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Monitor temperature logs and ensure the integrity of the cold chain.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in designated storage areas.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (below freezing temperatures).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
