Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to strict cold chain protocols to maintain product integrity and safety.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and follow all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (typically 35°F to 40°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
