Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels through effective receiving, stocking, and cycle counting procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, train, mentor, and schedule a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) and material handling equipment experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
