Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF devices) to track inventory and ensure data integrity.
- Load and unload shipments onto delivery vehicles safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Perform basic quality checks on packaged items before shipping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
