Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and maintain temperature logs for perishable inventory to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize, stack, and inventory stock in designated freezer and cooler areas.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of storage aisles and equipment.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory levels and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold temperatures (below 40°F).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
