What You Will Do:
- Pick and Pack: Select merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and workplace protocols.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and certification.
- Strong attendance record.
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise using warehouse scanners and equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required by safety certifications.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
