Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the cold storage facility while adhering to strict temperature controls.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to transport goods to designated storage areas.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage or spoilage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing) for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
