Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations within the cold storage environment.
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no experience).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
