Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack merchandise in cold storage environments (20°F - 35°F).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold conditions for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance record and strong work ethic.
