Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify product quantities and quality against packing slips and pick lists.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
