Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities against pick lists and handle discrepancies immediately.
- Properly package items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
