Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and ensure all inventory is stored within the required climate-controlled environment.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to ensure accuracy and meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse floors and storage aisles to maintain safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify operational improvements and streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from 35°F to 40°F).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
