Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated warehouses (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for product loading/unloading
- Monitor inventory levels using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipments
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
