Responsibilities
- Safely store, organize, and manage perishable goods in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP safety standards in all operations
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity conditions 24/7
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
