Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using OSHA-compliant techniques
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanner technology
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment per safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and maintenance logs
- Adhere to all California warehouse safety regulations and company protocols
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current and verifiable)
- 2+ years recent warehouse forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Clear driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Familiarity with San Francisco traffic patterns and delivery routes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
