What You'll Do:
As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our shipping department. You will ensure customer orders are accurate, packaged securely, and dispatched on time. We provide on-the-job training, so no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer order specifications.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity to prevent shipping errors.
- Organize and maintain designated work zones to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) on a concrete floor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
