Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to order tickets and pick lists.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and stand for extended periods.
