Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Unload incoming freight and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a consistent 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
