Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process orders accurately.
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in dock doors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Newark facility.
