Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from shelves and bins according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
