Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organize, pack, and secure merchandise to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect goods for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and paperwork.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid government-issued ID (SSN required for background check).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
