Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing merchandise and prepare invoices.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management audits.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role.
