What You'll Do:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders to ensure accuracy and meet shipping deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform basic inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate order picking and counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Enthusiasm for learning new warehouse processes.
