Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and labeling items according to strict standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse database.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Shipping and Receiving: Process incoming deliveries and load outbound trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required for this direct hire role.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a drug screen; No background check required for this position.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
