Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts and accurate record keeping.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
